Produced from plots of the Can Mila, Can Vendrell and Corral Cremat vineyards in Catalonia (northeastern Spain). The soil is composed of calcareous clay and is low in organic content with excellent moisture retention qualities. Using the vertical trellis training method, the bush vines were planted at a density of nearly 3000 vines/hectare at altitudes of approximately 280 meters on western facing slopes. Albet i Noya practices both organic and biodynamic viticulture. Their wines are certified organic by the Spanish organization CCPAE.

Winemaking:
A manual harvest was conducted from late-August through mid-September. After pressing, the juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks for 21 days at a controlled low temperature of 15°C. Prior to bottling, the wine was filtered and fined.
Tasting Notes:
Fresh peach aromas abound on the nose. They are accented by notes of orange peel. Well-balanced with great acidity and minerals.

This refreshing white wine pairs well with a wide variety of cuisine, including vegetables, light pasta dishes and seafood.
